There are many NGOs operating in Cambodia and KILT focus on the supply of corruption free rice. In a country where rice is the de-facto currency, the supply of rice has become tainted with corruption.<\/p>\n
We are delighted to partner KILT in the supply of rice in Khvien village.<\/p>\n
KILT employ young people who have been maimed by landmines and the like, rendering them handicapped in some way. Click here<\/a>.<\/p>\n Our association with KILT follows a similar path to that of our association with a French NGO to make tailor-made school uniforms.<\/p>\n The benefit is the same: the use of our funds is maximised by flowing to an NGO and the material benefits to Khvien School.<\/p>\n As before, it’s our intention that rice being supplied under our programs be distributed from the grounds of the Khvien Primary School.<\/p>\n The first distribution took place last Monday for the Rice4Teachers program.<\/p>\n For us, we receive high grade rice at a genuine weight and for a good price.<\/p>\n For KILT, they are able to demonstrate their commitment to eradicating corruption at the ‘rice level’.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Following Robbie’s visit, we have linked with local NGO (Non-Government Organisation) KILT.
