15 bags of rice were given to Mr. Houn today. I was not at the handover but all went well. This month we had to buy 15 bags in order to get the same price as we had the previous month. I had only wanted to hand\u00a0Mr Houn 10 of the 15 bags but he asked for all 15 on the clear understanding that 5 bags are forward for February and so he will only be getting 5 bags in February.
\nWe have reverted to the first supplier that we used as the quality of his rice was better than that given to us last month.
