Our associate, Kourosh reports:
15 bags of rice were given to Mr. Houn today. I was not at the handover but all went well. This month we had to buy 15 bags in order to get the same price as we had the previous month. I had only wanted to hand Mr Houn 10 of the 15 bags but he asked for all 15 on the clear understanding that 5 bags are forward for February and so he will only be getting 5 bags in February.
We have reverted to the first supplier that we used as the quality of his rice was better than that given to us last month. Last month we simply couldn’t afford to buy from him at his asking price him but this month after a lot of discussion and the forward purchase of 5 bags we went ahead with his rice which is usually very good.
