Flood levels receding in Siem Reap

Canby Cambodia Flooding is way down across Siem Reap town this morning. Pub Street is dry! Flooding in Old Market area is receding quickly, either dry or just a couple of inches on the ground. Old Market in now open. 2 Thnou Street is mostly dry. Flooding almost gone from Sivutha Street, except for the southern end. Shops are reopening across the town. Officials are now beginning to speak in terms on ‘clean-up’ rather than flood preparedness.
