Margaret and Martin to visit the school in September!

Happily, we are now able to return to the school. We have booked our flights to arrive on Sunday, September 28th  (Phchum
Ben Day).

 

The students arrive back at school for the new school year on October 1st so we will have time to prepare for their first day back at school.

 

All the exercise books, pens and pencils will be bought in Siem Reap to be distributed on the first day of school. Also each child will receive a tailor made school uniform if they haven’t already receieved one earlier this year.

 

School Director, Mr Hon, tells us that 125 students will need new footwear! That’ll be a shopping expedition to the markets for us.

 

A wonderful indication of progress is that we will be buying a new computer for the school library. How far they’ve come from the school we first saw several years ago!
