Plans are being made for this year’s annual school excursion on Saturday October 11.
Each year, classes 5 and 6 are taken on an educational excursion to the Silk Farm and the Cultural Centre.
This year we plan to take 106 students as well as some teachers with us. For many children this will be their first ride in a bus!
It will take some organising – it’s not easy to find three buses available for hire in that area and we usually have to compete with the tourism industry for them.
